David's Pension was awarded to his mother Matilda on the 18/06/1919.

Additional Information

The 550th Horse Transport Company were part of the 68th (2nd Welsh) Division. The Company were formed in November 1915 and remained at home. David died at Great Yarmouth Hospital from broncho pneumonia just 10 days before the Armistice and is buried at home in Coatbridge. David was formerly with the Royal Scots (4623). He is also remembered in the St. Augustine's Parish (book) Roll of Honour and on the Gartsherrie Works Roll of Honour (see photos).
